Ryan has had a pretty hectic month at work so he decided to take some time off and what better place to get away than the cabin. I am usually not a big fan of going up too many times during the winter because it is sooo dang cold, but it is nice to snuggle up next to the fire and read books or watch movies and sip on home made hot chocolate and just take it easy! But this trip turned out to be extra special because we were there for the first snow fall of the winter!
I am not quite sure what it is but there is just something about fresh white snow that gives me such a warm peaceful feeling!

oh my gosh its been awhile since i checked your blog! crazy about joshua getting his head stuck (i'm glad hes alright). also i havent seen your sisters in like forever so i love the sister pic of you 4 in halloween costumes. and what happened i thought we were going to meet up, uuum like 3 weeks ago for lunch??? we need to do that in the next couple of weeks (after finals now) i already got your x-mas present! Hey Jodi...This is Jamie Hammond the one that teaches tumbling. OK I would email you but for some reason I can't find your e-mail. I am just getting ready to get my classes together for Jan. and was wondering if you still wanted to sign your boys up. The class will be on Wed from 5-6.
